I came to this work because I've experienced plastic surgery firsthand. I understand the difference that thoughtful, well-timed aftercare can make — and how uncertain recovery can feel when clear guidance and support are missing. That personal experience helps me understand what my clients are navigating alongside the specialized training I bring to their care.

That experience shaped how I built Healwell Lymphatics & Massage. The care you receive after surgery should reflect the same level of thought, attention, and professionalism as the procedure itself. Every session is individualized to your procedure, stage of healing, symptoms, and surgeon’s post-operative instructions. That belief is at the heart of the care I provide.

I am an Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist (#28750) and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage practitioner (MLD-C). I completed my MLD certification through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS), with training in gentle manual lymphatic drainage based on Vodder principles. My continuing education focuses on post-plastic-surgery recovery, including stage-appropriate lymphatic care, fibrosis management, gentle negative-pressure techniques, and scarwork. I follow each client’s surgeon-directed restrictions and refer medical concerns back to the surgical team when further evaluation is needed.

My practice is dedicated to post-plastic-surgery lymphatic and tissue care—from gentle MLD during early recovery through later-stage fibrosis treatment and scarwork. I often meet clients when they are physically tender, emotionally vulnerable, or uncertain about what is normal during healing. I take that responsibility seriously and provide care that is thoughtful, individualized, and respectful of each client’s recovery process.

Care that comes from experience.
